About
During these two workshop days, you will develop new skills, meet passionate people and enjoy a dynamic and friendly working atmosphere.
Offered in small groups (maximum 10 people), this course promotes learning at your own pace and allows you to benefit from personalized advice.
At the end of the workshop, each participant will be able to fire their pieces and take them home. The firing and glazing will be done by the CAR team within three weeks of the workshop's end. The workshop fee includes one bag of clay per participant, as well as the firing and glazing of the pieces.
Course outline
SATURDAY
Morning: Introduction to tools and learning the basics of turning (kneading, centering, rising).
Afternoon: Turning simple shapes (cylinder, bowl, cup).
Sunday
Morning: Filming continues (hoping that the pieces can dry by the end of the day).
Afternoon: Turning.
